If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and details of the issue. Once approved, you may choose to:

• Exchange for another item of equal value.

• Receive store credit for future purchases.

Refunds

• Please allow 7–10 business days for processing after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Return Conditions

Items must be returned:

• In their original packaging.

• Unused and in the same condition as received.

• With all original tags/labels attached.

If the return does not meet these conditions, the item will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
